How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and your personalized experience.

AI features
When you use AI features (such as the AI Program Builder), the relevant inputs you provide — like your goals, experience, and equipment — are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not sell your data, and your training data is not used to train third-party models.
Payments
Purchases are processed by our payment providers (such as Apple, Google, and Stripe). We do not store full payment card details. These providers process your payment information under their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, AI, payments, notifications), under contract.
- Authorities when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & your choices
- You can edit or delete your training data at any time in the app.
- You can export your data from Account settings.
- You can delete your account, which removes your personal data from the Service.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
