Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service lawfully.
Health & fitness disclaimer
FitnessApp provides general fitness information and tools. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. You use the Service and perform any exercise at your own risk.
Subscriptions & purchases
- Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. AI credits may be purchased as one-time packs.
- Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by those stores under their terms.
- Web purchases are processed by Stripe.
- Prices and features may change; we will give notice of material changes where required.
- Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Abuse, automate, or overload the Service or its AI features.
Your content
You retain ownership of the training data and content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
